自動攪拌一體車在其使用周期內隨著壽命的而不斷流逝會逐漸轉向沉重，這時我們可采用排除法來檢查它的問題，以及導致自動攪拌一體車轉向沉重故障現象的常見原因：

1、，自動攪拌一體車在停機熄火時用壓力表檢查自動攪拌一體車先導壓力值，正常的先導壓力值應該是發念頭怠速的時候不低于2.2MPA,高速的時候要不高于5MPA,假如檢查自動攪拌一體車壓力值不為劃定的值，那么導致自動攪拌一體車轉向沉重故障現象泛起的原因就是先到壓力值分歧錯誤，就要調整。自動攪拌一體車先導壓力值的調整方法是：，先用的拆卸工具松開溢流閥鎖緊螺母，然后假如是先導壓力值偏小，就向順時針方法調大先導壓力值，假如是壓力值偏小，就向逆時針方法調小。調整先導壓力值后，自動攪拌一體車轉向沉重故障排除。

2、假如先導壓力值正常，那么就繼承檢查自動攪拌一體車的管路連接，查看有沒有有沒有泄漏，管路接頭有沒有梗阻，自動攪拌一體車液壓缸有沒有內漏等問題。自動攪拌一體車先導壓力值的調整方法是：，先用的拆卸工具松開溢流閥鎖緊螺母，然后假如是先導壓力值偏小，就向順時針方法調大先導壓力值，假如是壓力值偏小，就向逆時針方法調小。調整先導壓力值后，自動攪拌一體車轉向沉重故障排除。
