攪拌車的底盤上的零部件也很多，減震器這個部件大家應該都比較熟悉，減震器是用來抑彈簧吸振后反彈是的震蕩及來自路面的沖擊。在攪拌車的行駛過程中減震器一般都會有響聲，這是因為減震器與鋼板彈簧、車架或軸相互碰撞，膠墊損壞或是減震器防塵筒變形，油液缺乏等原因引起的，怎么判斷減震器是否良好呢？

如果攪拌車的減震器失效或者出現問題，應查看減震器是否有漏油現象，用力按下保險杠，然后松開，假如攪拌車有兩到三次的騰躍，就說明減震器是好的。攪拌車在緩慢行駛中緊急制動，此時如果車輛的振動比較厲害，就說明減震器有問題，需要拆下減震器將其直立，并把下端銜接環夾在臺鉗上，用力拉壓減震桿數次，此時應有穩定的阻力，往上拉的阻力應大于向下的阻力，如果阻力不穩定或無阻力，可能是減震器內部缺油或閥門零件損壞，應終止修復或更換零件，并應立即送去維修。
