1、自動攪拌一體車在運轉過程中不得檢修和潤滑。

1. The automatic mixer shall not be overhauled and lubricated during operation.

2、定期向各黃油嘴加注黃油，軸端密封處每4小時注潤滑油一次，每周排污一次。

2. Regularly add grease to each grease fitting, inject lubricating oil at the shaft end seal every 4 hours and blow down once a week.

3、自動攪拌一體車在使用后酌情對各潤滑點加注必要的潤滑油（滾輪軸、滾輪、鋼絲繩等活動部位）。

3. After use, the automatic mixer truck shall fill necessary lubricating oil (roller shaft, roller, steel wire rope and other moving parts) at each lubricating point as appropriate.

4、自動攪拌一體車減速箱的齒輪和軸承是利用齒輪回轉將機油飛濺到箱體內壁，流入軸承中去進行潤滑的。減速箱的油面應保持在油標尺兩刻線之間為宜。油面過高或過低會導致各部溫度升高或潤滑不良，增加功率損耗和造成機器工作不良。

4. The gear and bearing of the reduction gearbox of the automatic mixing integrated vehicle splash the oil to the inner wall of the box by using the gear rotation and flow into the bearing for lubrication. The oil level of the reduction gearbox should be kept between the two scribed lines of the oil scale. Too high or too low oil level will lead to temperature rise or poor lubrication of all parts, increase power loss and cause poor operation of the machine.

5、自動攪拌一體車選用的潤滑油應具有一定購粘度和粘溫特性，凝點低，防氧化安定性良好，沒機械雜質和水分，不合腐蝕和磨損物質等。其質量指標應符合標準規定。

5. The lubricating oil selected for the automatic mixer shall have certain viscosity and viscosity temperature characteristics, low freezing point, good anti-oxidation stability, no mechanical impurities and moisture, non corrosive and wear substances, etc. Its quality index shall comply with the provisions of national standards.
