自動攪拌一體車分為滾筒式和強制式，另外強制式又分單臥軸強制式和雙臥軸強制式，這兩種混凝土攪拌機都稱為攪拌設備，不同點就是攪拌的混凝土原料和適用范圍不一樣。我司對此兩種攪拌設備的清洗事項列為如下。

1、滾筒式自動攪拌一體車屬于民用混凝土機械，清洗方法非常的簡單。需要每天工作結束以后，關閉電源，然后操作人員需要對筒內進行清洗。清洗的過程中，一定要注意掛上“禁止合閘”的標志，以防有人重新啟動攪拌機。為了起見，好過程中有人陪伴，以免發生意外。

1. Drum type automatic mixer belongs to civil concrete machinery, the cleaning method is very simple. 2、強制自動攪拌一體車在清洗的過程中，需要注意單臥軸或雙臥軸攪拌葉片和軸端的位置，清理過程中如果有不容易清洗的干水泥，不能用扁鏟硬砸，否則容易產生密封問題。我們可以采用化學物品進行溶解。當然要確保清洗干凈，這樣便不會影響下次的使用效果。
