一、結構不合理產生計量誤差
1、 Measurement error caused by unreasonable structure
為了使傳感器受力均勻,應使骨料進入稱料斗后與稱料斗的在一條垂線上。實際上,骨料并非均質材料,加上斗本身設計制作上的誤差,使理論與實際不重合,造成三個傳感器受力不均產生誤差。

三、人為因素產生誤差。

全自動攪拌一體在配料過程中,當稱料斗中的物料達到設定值時,給料皮帶機就會自動停止(氣動給料門關閉),但此時仍有部分物料從空中落入稱料斗,這部分物料的重量稱為落差。

大部分配料機不會自動修正落差。但為了保證配料精度,一般對物料的落差值進行人為修正,將設定值減去落差值。落差值設定后,由于骨料或干或濕,或是受裝載機加料時的沖擊,實際落差與設定落差值之間也會產生誤差。
